With New years Eve approaching I have to get ready for a party we were invited to. All the guys from my husbands golf group and there wives get together each New Years Eve to watch the ball drop! It is great to be surrounded by great people and friends. But every time we get together there is a request for my bbq meatballs. I am posting my recipe in case you would like to make them Saturday nite. As per the Pioneer Woman Cookbook-
Ingredients2 cups barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon loosely packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One 25-count bag All-Purpose Meatballs (still frozen is fine)Directions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the barbecue sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, hot sauce and Worcestershire and bring to a boil. Add the All-Purpose Meatballs and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until the meatballs are heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
Tomorrow I will show you a quick flower arrangement to celebrate the New Year festivities!
