I started this blog with the help of my mothers knowledge of flowers and I believe that turned around to her learning some things from me. lol So I am going to continue my happyflowers wisdom for all of you in her rememberance!
As I was finding Tranquility in a walk outside a couple days ago….I stumbled on the largest Queens Annes Lace I have ever layed eyes on. It stood about 4 feet tall! I don’t unstand why this wildflower was so big and stood out of the grass?? I researched the weed and found out it called the wild carrot. As a member of the carrot family it has a long taproot and lacy leaves. Dig up and crush a Wild Carrot root and you will find that it smells just like a carrot. Cool!
The flower of lace looks beautiful in a bridal bouquet 🙂
